Where would the Riders be if they still had Drew Willy? Where would the Bombers be?

No. I am not Luc`s mother, but I think he is the cat`s meow. I love the team you have assembled this week. I love Carm too, but for sure regularity, you can`t beat Luc for insight and analysis day to day.

Luc, you have a great future if you can work on eliminating `You know what I mean`and `Man … whatever`. That will come. Work on it.

Luc not saying "You know what I mean" would be like having Carm not use the word "But" or my wife saying "I'm not joking". Within everyone's DNA is woven a habitual word or phrase that is part of what makes them who they are.

Sportscage once again kicking Green Zone's ass. As usual, it isn't even close. Heard 5 minutes of Nye last night which was 4 mins and 20 sec too much. Pedersen plays with the big boys and Nye once again sits at the kids table. Where is their show coming from anyhow?

If you guys could somehow snag Suitor for your show, it would be complete. Abou for Suitor trade—-NAHHHH, not even CJME is that stupid!

In reference to: `

Ha- ha, point taken. I do love both Luc and Carm. Part of their charm.

Great photo thread Rod! Makes me feel like I'm in Winnipeg!

Holy crap those outriders though, almost enough to make me cheer for the Stamps next season! Yowza!

Rod:

Were you at Orridge newser today? What a bunch of nothing. I was hoping to hear some answers on a lot of issues critical to this league and I got zip. My confidence in Mr. Orridge ( who I met in Regina) is wavering.

Is the show coming from Riderville today?

Why the trash talk about Green Zone? If you don’t like the green zone don’t listen.Or is it that some of you just love sucking up to Rod. Lots of man crush guys on here. It’s clear that Rod’s bromance is one of the riders ex punters. So get over it he’s taken. I listen to the green zone and whatever Rod's show is called. I find the green zone more insightful. Both radio programs usually have good guests. There is lots of BS thrown around on the 620 feed. I’ll listen to what Suitor says over Luc or Abu… Read more »

CFL unveils new logo

It’s horrible, now I see why the new commissioner (Orridge) has been invisible all year. I’d be embarrassed to have to come and present this too!

Were the CFL awards on TSN last night? If they were I must have missed them, IF NOT, WHY NOT?

Both shows have their good points. I like Rod`s regulars, except lately Schultz who is mostly mailing it in, but I also like Glen Suitor. I usually catch one or the other on podcast while going about daily life. Plenty of room for both. Rods photos are super nice, though.

Just a few things 1. Anyone thinking the Green Zone is better than the Sportscage would think you can find a great steak at Houston Pizza. C'mon! No one is more plugged into the Riders than Pedersen and it shows every day. The guys at CJME keep trying to copy what RP and his gang do and everyone knows it. Just ask the guys at CJME how much they hate Pedersen, Scruffy, Phil and why is that, it is because they know how much better the Cage is. It is like Rider fans hating Calgary becaue of the success they… Read more »

Completely unrelated to this, but is there any truth to the rumor about the Pats and CKRM splitting ways and CJME taking over the rights? My wife heard this today from a co-worker of hers to which I reminded her of their lies to the business community saying they were going to get the Rider rights. I really can't imagine CKRM losing the Pats and I really can't imagine the product being any better with CJME being the rights-holder.

Got to see the official Riders Cabana Boy at the Convention Centre today. Too bad he wouldn't even acknowledge me.
