K.G. TO ILLINOIS STATE HALL OF FAME
Four former standout Illinois State student-athletes were announced Wednesday as the 2019 ISU Athletics Percy Family Hall of Fame class.
Osiris Eldridge (men’s basketball), Kevin Glenn (football), Cathy (Olson) George (volleyball) and Katie Jean (women’s golf) will be officially inducted at the Hall of Fame breakfast at 8 a.m. on Oct. 26 in the Bone Student Center Brown Ballroom.
The class will also be recognized during the Homecoming Parade and at halftime of the ISU-Indiana State football game later that day. Kickoff is scheduled for 2 p.m.
Glenn, who played from 1997-2000, finished his career holding 25 school records. He finished with 8,032 career passing yards; 8,522 yards of total offense and 61 touchdown passes. He was first-team all-Gateway Conference in 1999 and recently finished a long career in the Canadian Football League, finishing the leagues Top 10 All-Time passers.
