THURSDAY DUB ROUND-UP: P.A.’S PEEKEEKOOT GOES OFF

Tristen Robins scored once and set up three more as the Saskatoon Blades downed the Prince Albert Raiders 5-3 on Thursday in Western Hockey League play in the Regina Hub Centre.

Colton Dach, Kyle Crnkovic, Brandon Lisowsky and Caiden Daley rounded out the scoring to help the Blades (10-2-2) end a three-game slide.

Nolan Allen, Dallyn Peekeekoot and Reece Vitelli found the back of the net for the Raiders (4-8-2). For Peekeekoot, he also notched two assists, a fight and four shots.

Saskatoon’s Nolan Maier made 20 saves for the win as Max Paddock stopped 33-of-37 shots for Prince Albert.

On Friday in the Dub Hub, Regina plays Brandon at 4:00 pm and Swift Current takes on Moose Jaw at 8:00 pm. The Pats game is on AccessNow TV and is potentially Connor Bedard’s last game of the season.
