WHITES BEAT BLUES 3-1 IN PATS INTRASQUAD GAME

REGINA – The Regina Pats held their annual Blue and White intra-squad game on Monday night at the Co-operators Arena. George King scored twice while Jonathan Smart picked up two assists to lead Team White to a 3-1 victory.

Emil Oksanen scored the lone goal for Team Blue with assists to Bryce Platt and Ethan McColm.

Tyler Brown was perfect in a half game of work making 20 saves, as was Max Paddock who stopped 11. Matthew Pesenti came on in relief for Team Blue and made 15 saves on 17 shots,

Kurtis Chapman, the winning goaltender, made 16 saves, giving up just one goal for Team White.

The Regina Pats will be back on the ice on Tuesday morning with practices at 10 a.m. and 11:30. The club will kick off the pre-season on Thursday at home to the Saskatoon Blades at 7 p.m. at the Brandt Centre. Tickets will be available at the door for $10.

Pats single game tickets for the 2017-18 regular season will go on sale at 12 p.m. on September 5. Tickets will be available by visiting reginapats.com, the Brandt Centre Box Office or calling 1-855-985-5000. Flex Vouchers can only be redeemed online starting on September 5.
