MOOSE JAW, Sask. – Nolan Patrick struck twice as Brandon downed the Warriors to take a 3-1 series lead.

Reid Duke and John Quenneville had a goal and two assists each for the Wheat Kings. Tim McGauley and Macoy Erkamps rounded out the attack.

Brayden Point and Jayden Halbgewachs found the back of the net for Moose Jaw.

THUNDERBIRDS 5 SILVERTIPS 0

EVERETT, Wash. – Landon Bow made 23 saves as Seattle shut out the Silvertips to take a 2-1 series lead.

Turner Ottenbreit, Scott Eansor, Donovan Neuls, Ethan Bear and Keegan Kolesar supplied the offence for the Thunderbirds. Nolan Volcan and Mathew Barzal tacked on three assists apiece.

Carter Hart took the loss after kicking out 26-of-31 shots in 55:07 for Everett. Mario Petit went the rest of the way and stopped the only shot he faced.

Silvertips forward Dawson Leedahl received a major penalty for kneeing in the third period.
