TICATS VIOLATE CAP — BUT HERE’S WHY…

HAMILTON – The Hamilton Tiger-Cats released the following statement this afternoon in regard to the Canadian Football League’s 2014 salary cap audit:

“The Tiger-Cats are totally committed to playing winning football and working within the parameters of the Salary Management System. Unfortunately in 2014 we had some challenges  to the SMS that were injury related,  including several to  high profile players. We worked to our best ability to mitigate that to get under the SMS, but with the record number of injuries, coupled with the unknown SMS factor of all-star bonuses for our ten all-stars, we ended up over the cap by less than ten thousand dollars.  We look forward to a great 2015 season and once again working within the parameters of the SMS system.”

Karma will get you…… When the Riders were over and winning the GC, the Hamilton people, press and blogs were complaining about the big bad Riders being over. They better remember when you point a finger there are three pointing back…

Hamilton has always cheated.. the funny thing is that they still can't win a cup! They should take a page from the Stampeders and go one step further by bribing the refs!
