REYNOLDS IN THE SPORTSCAGE

The Craig Reynolds era has started in Riderville.

The 39 year old Foam Lake product officially became the new president and CEO of the football club on Monday as he takes over for the soon to be retiring Jim Hopson.
Reynolds says three things dominate his plate right off the bat. They are: 1) stadium construction, 2) fundraising and 3) making sure the transition for season ticket holders between the old Mosaic Stadium and the new one is as smooth as possible.
Reynolds adds his mantra will be the same as the man he succeeds.
He says keeping the organization on top of the CFL ladder and having an on-field product that can compete for the Grey Cup each and every year will be his focus.  He also said he’s more excited than overwhelmed at the prospect of taking over the CFL’s flagship franchise.
Reynolds made his comments in his first interview in his new position with Rod Pedersen on Monday’s Sportscage.
