TICATS RELEASE CONGI

HAMILTON – The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced today that the team has granted kicker Luca Congi's request to be released.

"We'd like to thank Luca for his contributions to our team on the field and in our community.  He was a true professional throughout his time in Hamilton and we wish him the best in the future," said General Manager and Head Coach Kent Austin.

Congi, who joined the Ticats as a free agent on March 22, 2012, connected on 67 of 91 field goals in two seasons.

Cause nobody cares about curling. Same reason no updates about Nascar or Rugby.

I think most people care about the Scotties a lot more then Luca Congi and the Moose Jaw Warriors

To settle it between you two above. I just polled everyone here at work. With 22 Staff members including myself. Only 1 person said they watched a couple ends on the Scottie because that was the channel the TV was on. Otherwise they never would have. I also asked them about ex Rider Luca Congi and about 23rds seemed interested in what was going on with Luca. So I have to agree that most people dont care about curling and that most care about football. The MooseJaw Warriors here in Regina was also a wash.

Does Regina care?

There's lots of Nascar fans moron. Biggest reason for no update is….hasn't started yet. Some people on here are just ignorant.

Old women like curling. You notice that the logo in the corner when you type in Rods website there is a logo of the Riders. Conji released has impact on the Riders. His site is mostly CFL and Riders news. The rest is filler. Go to a different site for curling news. We come to Rods blog for Riders news. I like NCAA football and basketball however this isn't that site for news on that.
