REGINA (CP) – Marek Langhamer made 41 saves and Medicine Hat’s offence did the rest against the Pats Tuesday night in Regina.

Tommy Vannelli, Miles Koules, Curtis Valk and Trevor Cox each had a goal for the Tigers (30-19-3).

Chandler Stephenson’s penalty shot for Regina (27-22-5) was the only time Langhamer was beaten.

Regina’s Daniel Wapple meanwhile stopped 25 shots.

This is truly a mediocre club playing inconsistent hockey in a mediocre division. The crowd was poor so not too many had to see it. Thank God MJ and Sasskatoon suck this year. If not for them just how bad would our record be?

No, this is an awful organization with as little talent as ever before, riding the last scouting regime's final guys and milking everything out of them, and a great coaching staff. For anyone who thinks this team is not overachieving, you are out to lunch. I always find it amazing that so called hockey fans are unable to recognize when a team is good enough to win and when it isn't. This Pats team is a miracle this year.
