WINNIPEG – Prime Minister Stephen Harper isn’t picking a winner for this weekend’s Grey Cup showdown.

Harper told CJOB radio in Winnipeg he’s going to stay neutral.

He says he’s going to be at the game and expects it will be a good one.

Harper says the Saskatchewan Roughriders have been great all year.

He says the Hamilton Tiger Cats had a rough start, but have improved throughout the season.

The two teams play on Sunday in Regina.
