PATS-HURRICANES TRADE

Regina Pats Senior VP and General Manager Chad Lang announced today the team has completed a trade with the Lethbridge Hurricanes for a 2015 5th Round WHL Bantam Draft Selection in exchange for the playing rights of goaltender Teagan Sacher (’94).

 

Sacher, a native of Winnipeg, MB, played in 26 games last season with the Pats posting an 8-13-2-0 record with a 3.87 GAA, 0.883 SV% and one shutout on the year.  The 19-year old played in only two games this season due to injury.

 

The Pats continue their road trip Saturday night when they face-off with the Seattle Thunderbirds at 9:05 p.m. Sask time.  The game will be broadcast on 620 CKRM starting at 8:35 p.m.
