A BUSY WEDNESDAY FOR RIDERS ON DAY 11 OF CAMP

SASKATOON – Wednesday was a very hectic day for the Saskatchewan Roughriders on Day 11 of 2017 Training Camp presented by Coors Light.
First off, quarterback Vince Young did not participate in the workout as he recovers from a hamstring injury suffered on Tuesday’s Day 10.
Roughrider Head Coach & GM Chris Jones revealed that Young has been ruled out of Saturday’s home preseason game against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers (7:00 pm, 620 CKRM).
Also, the Riders announced a trade:
The Saskatchewan Roughriders have acquired national wide receiver/defensive back Denzel Radford from the Montreal Alouettes in exchange for national offensive lineman Matt Vonk.
Radford (6’1 – 198) was selected by the Montreal Alouettes in the 6th round (48th overall) of the 2017 CFL Draft.
Previously, the 23-year-old spent two seasons at the University of Calgary. Radford played 18 conference games while with the Dinos, spending time as both a receiver and defensive back.
The Roughriders also announced the following roster moves:
