BENGALS COACH CALLS MANZIEL “A MIDGET”

CLEVELAND (AP) – Bengals coach Marvin Lewis has added some spice to this week’s game against the Browns by calling rookie quarterback Johnny Manziel “a midget.”

During a radio interview on WLW-AM in Cincinnati, Lewis referred to the 5-foot-11 Manziel as “a midget” after he was asked if the uncertainty about Cleveland’s quarterback situation impacts the Bengals’ preparation for Sunday.

Browns coach Mike Pettine hasn’t decided if Manziel will replace struggling starter Brian Hoyer and make his first NFL start.

Lewis tells the radio station, “You’ll get a little bit more movement if Manziel’s the quarterback, the thing that they did against (last week against) Buffalo. But other than that, no, that doesn’t impact you at all. You’ve got to go defend the offence, you don’t defend the player.

One of the hosts began to ask another question when Lewis interrupted and said, “particularly a midget.”

Let's make one thing perfectly clear Marvin Lewis and Rod Pedersen 306 bloggers. When I throw a football, that football knows 100% in his little pigskin mind that he has touchdown written all over himself guaranteed.

Kapernick, RG III and Manziel

What do they all have in common? All are run first QB’s that can’t throw the ball. They have been figured out in how to defend them and you won’t see any of them in the NFL in 5 years.

You forgot Tebow, one of the NLF's worst farces in the history of the game.

No I didn’t, he can’t throw, he never was a QB
