Sunday Night Football is always attractive for football fans, but this weeks game will be one for the record books. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be taking the field against the New England Patriots in Foxborough in one of the biggest regular season games ever.

Tom Brady will be playing in Gillette Stadium for the first time since signing with Tampa Bay. The place where so many happy memories were made.

Brady and Bill Belichick will be going head-to-head after winning 6 Super Bowls together as one of the most unstoppable duos the NFL has ever seen.

Darren Dupont said this week’s matchup is one of the biggest games of the entire season, and one of the most anticipated games in years.

“I think it’s going to be one of the juiciest pre-games of all time,” said Dupont. “The pre-game shows are going to be great, I’m going to watch the lead up coverage from the morning when they talk about it all afternoon, and then football night in America.”

The game, however, might be a different story.

“The game will not be close,” said Dupont. “It’s going to be a Brady beat down”

And it seems Rod Pedersen couldn’t agree more, saying Tom Brady is going to be out for revenge this weekend.

“I think he wants to go in there and kick Belichick’s ass and the Patriots ass,” said Pedersen

Things between the former partners in crime seem to have gotten pretty ugly lately. And while both Brady and Belichick have been downplaying the game this weekend, more and more information seems to be coming out on Brady’s final days in New England.

On top of Belichick not saying goodbye to Brady in person, there has also been reports of Brady wanting out of New England back in 2017.

“You’re seeing all this stuff come out about how Belichick treated Tom,” said Pedersen. “Like a child. And Tom got tired of it, because he deserved better.”

Ever since Brady left Belichick, he has had more control over draft picks, free agents, and has begun working on his own brand a lot more.

“When you’ve got one person who’s growing, and moving forward and somebody else who is comfortable, and wants to stay where they are, that’s two people who are vibrating on different frequencies and they are never going to understand each other,” said Dupont.

The Bucs are also coming off a loss to the Las Angeles Rams, which means Brady will be in attack mode from the start. Add in all the history Brady has had with the Patriots, it will be a game to remember.

There is sure to be a lot of drama come Sunday night.

It’s hard to say if Brady will be out for revenge, or if he will find himself overcome with emotion playing where he cemented himself as one of the greatest football players of all time. Whatever happens on the field though, the handshake between Brady and Belichick after the game will be a site you don’t want to miss.

There is a new book coming out titled “It’s Better to Be Feared” and will compare/contrast the professional relationship between Belichick-Kraft-Brady. Who gets credit for the New England Patriots? I will you all right now it’s Robert Kraft. The same reason the Rooney Family gets credit for their 6 Super Bowls, the Mara Family for their 6 Super Bowls, and Al Davis for their 3 Super Bowls, and Jerry Jones for their 3 Super Bowls. Winning starts at the top. Bill Belichick was an Assistant Coach starting in 1975 and did not get a sniff near a Head Coaching job… Read more »

….I also want to point out Belichick has 8 Super Bowl rings. 2 with the New York Giants, and as a Defensive guy he holds Lawrence Taylor in reverence. That’s the one guy on planet Earth that Belichick will stop his day for.
