BREAKING: TRESTMAN OUT IN BALTIMORE. MONTREAL BOUND?
The Baltimore Ravens are making a change.
According to a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Ravens are firing offensive coordinator Marc Trestman and replacing him with quarterbacks coach Marty Morninweg.
Through five weeks, the Ravens rank 23rd in both yards per game and points per game. They scored just 10 points in a loss to Washington on Sunday to drop their record to 3-2.
This is Trestman’s second season under John Harbaugh after spending the 2013 and 2014 seasons as head coach of the Chicago Bears.
Within minutes of the news breaking Monday morning, tongues were wagging north of the border that Trestman could return to the Montreal Alouettes ASAP. The Alouettes are languishing at 4-9 and host the Edmonton Eskimos at 1:00 pm ET Monday. The 60-year old Trestman could be exactly what the rudderless Alouettes are searching for.
Trestman guided the Als to three Grey Cup appearances and three championships during five seasons between 2008 and 2012. He was clearly a favourite of ownership, the players and the fans.
Montreal is currently under the guidance of GM Jim Popp and interim head coach Jacques Chapdelaine, the first Francophone coach in Alouettes history.

So, if Trestman were to come back is he bringing a 10 yearso younger AC with him? His success was all about AC at the QB position.

Trestman will have AC but won't have one of the best D coaches in the league of Noel Thorpe…either way the Montreal team will become contenders real quick which will suck because I can't stand Montreal…but will give repeat where it's due…to Trestman not Jones hahahaha
He won't have AC at QB which is the reason he was successful in his previous stint.
Montreal needs a quarterback, and unless they can find one, I don't see them being a contender this year.
What happened to Crompton? He showed much promise, but seems to have disappeared……
