SASKATOON – The Regina Pats came back from down 4-0 to beat the Blades 7-5 in Saskatoon Friday night.

The Blades scored three times in the first and once at the midway point of the second to take that 4-0 lead.

The Pats got on the board on the powerplay when Cameron Hebig hammered a one timer for his 40th. Two minutes later Koby Morrisseau scored on a two on one for his third and the Pats trailed 4-2 after 40 minutes.

58 seconds into the third, Robbie Holmes picked up his 14th to cut the lead to 4-3 and then Matt Bradley tied it with his 36th at 3:43 and it was a 4-4 game.

The Blades took the lead back just 25 seconds later but once again the Pats drew even when Sam Steel tipped a point shot for his 24th. It stayed 5-5 until Jared Legien gave the Pats the lead with a breakaway goal for his 21st and it was 6-5.

Matt Bradley added an empty netter for his second of the night, 37th of the season and the Pats picked up a fourth straight win in a 7-5 final.

Matt Bradley, Sam Steel and Cameron Hebig led the offence with three point nights while Jacob Wassermann made 24 saves to pick up his first WHL win in his first start.

The Pats outshot Saskatoon 36-29, the powerplay was 1/5 and the penalty kill was 3/5.
