SASKATOON – Nolan Maier made 32 saves for the shutout and Tristen Robins scored the lone goal of the game as Saskatoon blanked Prince Albert.
Robins chipped in the game-winning goal for the Blades (19-10-3) at 5:14 of the second period, trigging thousands of teddy bears being launched from the crowd in the Blades’ annual Teddy Bear Toss promotion.
Ian Scott turned away 26 shots for Prince Albert (28-2-0-1) in a losing cause.

SILVERTIPS 2 CHIEFS 0
EVERETT, Wash. – Bryce Kindopp scored twice and Dustin Wolf made 21 saves as the Everett Silvertips shut out the Spokane Chiefs 2-0 to pick up their ninth straight victory in Western Hockey League action.
Kindopp opened the scoring the Silvertips (25-7-1) at 15:34 of the third period. He added an empty-netter with 12 seconds remaining.
Bailey Brkin kicked out 38 shots for the Chiefs (16-11-4) in a losing effort.
Everett went 0 for 2 on the power play. Spokane failed to capitalize on its sole power-play chance.

HITMEN 6 BLAZERS 3
CALGARY – Egor Zamula scored twice and added an assist as Calgary doubled up Kamloops for its fourth consecutive win.
Tye Carriere, Kaden Elder, Jake Kryski and James Malm also got on the score sheet for the Hitmen (14-14-3). Martin Lang, Kyrell Sopotyk and Zane Franklin replied for the Blazers (12-12-3).
Jack McNaughton turned away 23 shots for Calgary. Dylan Ferguson combined with Dylan Garand for 30 saves for Kamloops.
