RAIDERS 4 BLADES 3 (OT)


SASKATOON – Brayden Pachal scored twice, including in overtime, as the Prince Albert Raiders edged the Saskatoon Blades 4-3 in Western Hockey League action Thursday.

Noah Gregor had a pair of goals to round out the scoring for the Raiders (32-2-1), who extended their win streak to four games.

Kyle Crnkovic, Eric Florchuk and Max Gerlach replied for the Blades (21-10-5).

Donovan Buskey turned away 23 shots for Prince Albert. Nolan Maier kicked out 27 shots in a losing cause for Saskatoon.

The Blades went 2 for 5 on the power play. The Raiders went scoreless in one chance with the man advantage.




BRONCOS 4 WARRIORS 3 (OT)

MOOSE JAW, Sask. – Alex Moar scored in overtime and Joel Hofer turned aside 39 shots as Swift Current topped Moose Jaw.

Carter Chorney, Matthew Culling and Matthew Stanley also scored for the Broncos (7-25-2). Jett Woo, Brayden Tracey and Keenan Taphorn answered for the Warriors (17-8-6).

Brodan Salmond stopped 17 shots for Moose Jaw.
