JOHN PADDOCK RETURNS TO REGINA PATS BENCH

[UNSET]

Regina, Saskatchewan – Today the Regina Pats announced they are making a coaching change, parting ways with Head Coach Dave Struch. Current Pats Vice President of Hockey Operations and General Manager, John Paddock will assume coaching duties moving forward.

“I’d like to thank Dave for his many years of service to the Pats organization. Dave’s passion and hockey knowledge have been assets for many seasons. He is well-respected in the hockey community and within our organization. This was a difficult decision to make – but is one that is necessary to take the team where we need to go,” says Vice President of Hockey Operations and General Manager, John Paddock.

“We wish Dave all the best and thank him for all he’s done for the Regina Pats,” says Pats Owner and Governor, Shaun Semple. “John will assume the role of head coach for the remainder of this season and next. He is a constant, driving force behind this team and we look forward to him taking a more hands-on approach to lead the Pats now on and off the ice,” adds Semple.
