MAC’S: PAT CANADIANS 8 VICTORIA 0

Calgary – The Regina Pats Canadians opened the Mac’s Midget Tournament with an 8-0 victory over the South Island Royals from Victoria on Sunday.

The Pat C’s were led by game star Turner Ripplinger who notched three goals and two assists.  Carson Focht had a pair of goals while Lukas Sillinger, Ty Barnstable, Frazier Belanger all had singles.  Curtis Meger and Dean McNabb combined for a 12-save shutout.

Regina’s next action is Monday at 2:30 pm against the Lethbridge MAAA Hurricanes.
