MILLER EXPRESS SNAP SOX 9-GAME WIN STREAK

The Moose Jaw Miller Express jumped out to a 5-1 lead and then held off the Regina Red Sox to take the game 7-6. The Miller Express improved to 12-10 while the Red Sox dropped to 15-7. The loss also ended Regina’s nine game winning streak.

Alex Hendra-Brown led Moose Jaw’s offensive charge with a walk, a double and a home run. He also drove in two runs in the Miller Express victory. Red Sox catcher Colton Onstott reached base four times in defeat. The University of New Mexico sophomore had a walk, hit by pitch, double and a home run.

Gunner Pickett earned the win and Mitchell Robinson picked up his first save of the season. Brian Raymond took the loss for Regina.
