PAT C’s 4 BLACKHAWKS 1
The Regina Pat Canadians hosted the Beardy’s Blackhawks on Saturday and came away with a 4–1 victory. This victory placed them in first place of the SMAAAHL – one point ahead of 2nd place Tisdale Trojans, whom they play on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at 2:15 PM.
Goal scorers for the Pat Canadians were Tyler Adams, Arthur Miller, Jake Heerspink and Nathan Gelsinger. Mark Edmands chipped in with 2 assists.
Curtis Meger stopped 34 of 35 shots directed his way in the victory.
Bryton Fels scored the lone goal for Beardy’s and David Thiel made 32 of 36 shots directed his way.
The next home game for the Regina Pat Canadians is Thursday, January 15, 2015, when the Moose Jaw Generals are in town – puck drop is 7:45 PM. Then on Saturday, January 17, 2015 the Saskatoon Contacts come to town – puck drop is 7:30 PM.
