PAT C’S WIN SEVENTH IN A ROW

The Regina Pat Canadians hosted the Beardy’s Blackhawks on Monday and were 6-3 victors. Both teams having completed a busy weekend, playing 3 games in 3 days, the Canadians were winners in all three – having beat Beardy’s on Saturday, the Moose Jaw Generals on Sunday and Beardy’s again Monday evening. This marks a seven game win streak for the Canadians, the longest of the season.

Scoring for Regina were Taylor Hoedel, Nathan Gelsinger, Jake Tesarowski, Arthur Miller, Owen Sillinger and Tyler Adams. Nathan Gelsinger also had two assists for a three point evening.

Cameron Pateman made 21 of 24 saves to earn the victory.

Scoring for Beardy’s were Bryson Aistine, Daylin Smallchild and Reed Gunville. Kyle Rhaier made 34 of 40 saves for the Beardy’s Blackhawks.

The next home game for the Pat Canadians is at the Co-operators Center Thursday, February 20, 2014 vs the Notre Dame Argos, puck drop at 7:45 PM.
