Pats in the Pros
Morgan Klimchuk made his professional debut with the Abbotsford Heat this past weekend.  Klimchuk didn’t register any points over two games.  He was called upon in the shootout on Sunday, but didn’t score on the attempt.  Pats Captain Kyle Burroughs played a pair of games with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers this weekend, putting five shots on goal over the two contests.

Stephenson Signs
Chandler Stephenson took another step toward playing in the professional ranks next season.  The Saskatoon, SK product signed an NHL Entry Level Contract with the Washington Capitals over the weekend.  Stephenson was drafted in the 3rd Round (77th Overall) by Washington in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft.  He led the Pats with 89 points (30G, 59A) in 69 games this season and led the WHL with eight shorthanded goals.

17th Annual Pats Wickenheiser Golf Classic
Last week the Pats announced the 17th Annual Pats Wickenheiser Golf Classic coming up Monday, June 16th at the Deer Valley Golf Course.  Entry into the tournament is $325 which includes a catered lunch and supper, all on course activities and a limited edition Pats golf bag (retail value $200).  To register, fill out the attached registration form and email it to pats@reginapats.com, drop it off at the Pats Office or call 306-522-7287 before May 30th.

Dodge Family All-Stars
Congratulations to Griffin Mumby’s billets, the Kosior Family, who were named the WHL Finalists for the CHL and Dodge Canada’s Dodge Family All-Stars Contest.  Wayne, Joanne and Landon Kosior won a trip to the 2014 MasterCard Memorial Cup in London, ON as WHL Finalists and could come home with a 2014 Dodge Caravan.
