The Week That Was
The Blue and White wrapped up their stretch of eight straight road games by splitting a two game Alberta road swing.  On Friday the Pats came back from a 3-1 deficit in the third period to defeat the Red Deer Rebels, 4-3, in a shootout.  Boston Leier scored the winner while Dawson MacAuley blanked the Rebels in extra shots.  Things wouldn’t go the Pats’ way in Medicine Hat as Trevor Cox posted a four point night en route to the Tigers taking a 5-1 decision over Regina to leave the Pats with a 5-3-0-0 record in their time away from the Brandt Centre.
