PATS ANNOUNCE TICKETING DETAILS
The Regina Pats Hockey Club has announced all unused tickets for the club’s last home game scheduled for March 20, 2020 against Moose Jaw will be honoured for a future Pats home game during the 2020/21 regular season.
Season Ticket Holders will see an additional voucher added into their My Pats Account for next season. Any unused 2019/20 Flex vouchers or Flex vouchers that were previously redeemed for the March 20th game will be automatically exchanged for an equal number for the 2020/21 regular season and will be available in your My Pats Account. Safeway vouchers purchased, whether redeemed or not, can be exchanged in person at the Regina Pats Business Office when individual tickets for the 20/21 season become available. Group ticket purchasers, birthday package buyers, suite holders and premium seat holders will be contacted individually by Regina Pats Staff.
Fans who purchased individual game tickets directly at the Brandt Centre Box Office should return to point of purchase for assistance. The Brandt Centre Box Office has been closed due to COVID-19 restrictions. Customer needs will be handled as soon as the office re-opens. For tickets purchased online from www.ticketmaster.ca or the Ticketmaster App, these transactions will be handled directly by Ticketmaster and no action is required.
“The Regina Pats would like to thank the Pats Regiment for their support this season and hope everyone can be patient with us as we work through the cancellation of our last home game,” said Pats COO Stacey Cattell. “We are working hard to make sure everyone who purchased a ticket will get a chance to come to the Brandt Centre next year.”
March 20th was scheduled as the Pats Fan Appreciation Night, all prizes and giveaways will be pushed to the 2020 Home Opener. The Pats will announce their Individual Award Winners for the 2019-20 Season online on Friday at 7 p.m. on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
The Pats have extended the early bird deadline for Season Ticket Renewal until April 30th. Season Ticket holders can renew their tickets online in their My Pats Account or via phone at 306-552-7287. Calls will be taken during regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. If no one is immediately available to take your call, voicemails will be returned as soon as possible.
