PATS CLUBBED 6-0 IN TRI-CITY

KENNEWICK, WA – The Regina Pats were shutout 6-0 by the Tri-City Americans on Friday night at the Toyota Center in Kennewick.

The Americans scored three times in the first and three more in the second in the victory.

Carson Focht, Nolan Yaremko and Morgan Geekie led the way with three point nights for Tri-City while Patrick Dea made 30 saves for the shutout.

Regina outshot the Americans 30-24, the powerplay was 0/5 and the penalty kill was 6/9.

Tyler Brown and Max Paddock combined to make 18 saves in the Regina goal.

The Pats (13-11-2) wrap up their U.S. Division road trip on Saturday night against the Spokane Chiefs. Puck drop is at 9 p.m. Regina time on 620 CKRM. Next home game is Friday, December 8 against the Kelowna Rockets on Teddy Bear Toss Night at the Brandt Centre.
