QCSEG REVEALS NEW LOGO

Regina – Queen City Sports and Entertainment Group, in conjunction with the Regina Pats Hockey Club, is pleased to announce a brand new logo.

The new logo design was inspired by the Regina Community and the group’s vision to provide Regina and the surrounding area with premier entertainment options.

“We are truly excited to release this new brand,” said Pats Co-Owner and Governor Anthony Marquart. “We feel this new logo represents our group’s commitment to the community and to the sustained success of the Regina Pats. We would like to thank Bravo Tango for their incredible design work on this new brand.”

There are many facets to the overall design. At the heart of the logo is an arena, signifying the place where family and friends meet to celebrate in the name of sport and entertainment. The arena is a gathering place and an entertainment destination for the entire community.

The five stars in the design hold a symbolic and dual meaning. Not only do the stars refer to the highest rating of entertainment quality (5-star entertainment), but the count of stars also represents the five founding members of the QCSEG.

Collectively, the arena and stars form a crown. This crown symbolizes royalty and represents the Queen City. Finally, the dark blue colour takes its inspiration from the blue of the Regina Pats Hockey Club, the oldest major junior hockey franchise in the world (and notably the QCSEG’s first ever acquisition).

The logo design is simple, bold, and sophisticated, representing the QCSEG’s ongoing commitment to providing premier sport and entertainment options to the people of the Queen City and surrounding area.
