PRINCE ALBERT – Cole Fonstad’s second goal of the night broke a 4-4 tie at 11:34 of the third period as the Raiders downed the Moose Jaw Warriors 5-4 on Sunday, forcing a Game 7 in their first-round WHL matchup.
Curtis Miske had a goal and three helpers while Sean Montgomery and Regan Nagy also scored for Prince Albert. Ian Scott made 16 saves for the victory.
Brayden Burke had two goals and two assists to pace the Warriors offence. Jayden Halbgewachs and Brett Howden added the others while Brody Willms turned away 27 shots in defeat.
Game 7 goes Tuesday in Moose Jaw.

BRANDON – Linden McCorrister has pushed the Brandon Wheat Kings into the second round of the Western Hockey League playoffs.
McCorrister scored his second goal of the game at 10:37 of overtime as the Wheat Kings beat the Medicine Hat Tigers 4-3 on Sunday to take the first-round series 4-2.
Dylan Myskiw held Brandon in it when needed, stopping 52-of-55 shots for the win. Stelio Mattheos and Evan Weinger also scored for the Wheat Kings.
Mark Rassell had a hat trick for the Tigers, who got a 42-save outing from Jordan Hollett. David Quenneville tacked on two assists.
Medicine Hat was the only team to earn a power-play opportunity, finishing 0 for 2 with the man advantage.
Brandon is the second team to advance in the Eastern Conference alongside the Lethbridge Hurricanes and the two teams will collide in Round 2.
