RED SOX BLANK MILLIONAIRES 6-0

Regina starting pitcher Evan Rogers threw his second consecutive complete game shutout as the Red Sox blanked the Melville Millionaires 6-0. 

With the win, Regina improved their record to 10-6 on the season while Melville dropped to 6-11.

525 fans at Currie Field watched as Rogers limited Melville batters to just four hits while striking out 10.  Case Rolen fielded the loss for the Money Men.

Quebec native Phil Langlois reached base five times against the Millionaires. Langlois had a double, three walks and was hit by a pitch. Wesley Moss chipped in two hits and two RBI in the Red Sox win. Keaton Sullivan had Melville’s only extra base hit, a double in the second inning
