RED SOX FALL IN MJ, HOST YORKTON SUNDAY IN HOME-OPENER
The Moose Jaw Miller Express scored seven runs in the first two innings on route to a 10-8 victory over the Regina Red Sox, Saturday night. It was Moose Jaw’s first win of the season.
Zach Fascia led Moose Jaw with three hits, three runs and a walk. Ben Dalke added three hits and four RBI for the Miller Express.
Phil Langlois, Justin Erlandson and Griffin Keller all had two hits for the Red Sox.
352 fans enjoyed the evening at Ross Wells Park.
The Red Sox ended their season opening three game road trip with a respectable 2-1 record.
Regina returns to Currie Field for their home opener on Sunday against the Yorkton Cardinals. First pitch is set for 2 pm.
