RED SOX SNAP SLIDE

The Regina Red Sox ended their nine game losing streak with a 6-4 victory in Swift Current Friday night.

Starting pitcher Skyler Shaw-Fuss turned in an outstanding 8.1 inning performance for the victory.  He faced 33 batters striking out eight before closer Louis Cohen came in to pick up his second save of the season.

Tanner Stokey went 2 for 4 with 2 RBIs while Garrett Hall had two hits, two runs and two RBIs.

The Red Sox will return to the Field on Saturday when they visit Melville at Pirie Field. On Sunday they will play the Cardinals at Jubilee Park in Yorkton.
