MELVILLE – Regina newcomer Jahshua Jones made his WMBL debut a memorable one.

With the Red Sox trailing Melville 5-4 Jones smacked a two-run home run to put the visitors ahead for good.

Regina’ 6-5 come-from-behind win was the 21st of the season for the Queen City kids.

Edarian Williams had a hit, a run and a RBI for the Miller Express.

Dylan Bells started for Regina and pitched 5.2 innings before handing the ball to Anthony Race who tossed 2.1 shutout innings for the win. Sam Cottingham-Beard got the save, his fourth of  2018.

David Flores, a native of El Paso, Texas was on the hook for the loss.
