RICHIE HALL LAUNCHES BOOK “SMOKE AND MIRRORS: LIFE IN THE CFL”

Thirty-two year CFL veteran player and coach Richie Hall along with three-time Canadian bestselling author Guy Scholz have recently released Smoke and Mirrors: Life in the CFL with Richie Hall, published by Polished Published Group based in Calgary.

Smoke and Mirrors is Hall’s eclectic mix of storytelling in the form of biography, stories from a 30-year friendship with the author, sports psychology, and loads of stories from his life in football and life. The book is a unique glimpse into a warrior-poet and humanitarian; a man who is described as a ‘master teacher or maestro’ by CFL Hall of Famer Eddie Davis. Smoke and Mirrors is a fun look at the inner workings of the CFL, and the fascinating sport that pulls in life-long passionate fans.

The book will be available through all the major websites and bookstores such as Amazon, Chapters/Indigo, Google, Barnes and Noble, and many Indy outlets including a number of CFL team stores. The book sells for approximately $25 including taxes.

“From his time as a Grey Cup winning player to his emergence as a championship coach, Richie Hall has been a CFL fixture: Beloved, respected, he has earned his stature by making his life and life’s work about guiding others, helping them become better people and better players. This book is a splendid telling of Hall’s spiritual journey.”
