RIDERS ACQUIRE CDN RECEIVER FROM BOMBERS

The Saskatchewan Roughriders have acquired national receiver Brett Blaszko from the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in exchange for a conditional selection in the 2018 CFL Draft. Blaszko (6’4 – 204) was originally selected by the B.C. Lions in the third round (23rd overall) of the 2016 CFL Draft. The 24-year-old Oakville, Ontario native signed with the Bombers last June, after spending his rookie season on the Lions practice roster.
