The Saskatchewan Roughriders held their 2015-16 Annual General Meeting June 22nd in the Schumiatcher Room at Conexus Art Centre.

FINANCIAL REPORT
During his report, Kent Paul, the Saskatchewan Roughrider Chief Financial Officer, revealed the Football Club reported a deficit of $4.3 million. The Club recorded operating revenues of $39.3 million.
TICKET SALES
Gate receipts generated $15.7 million in revenue for the 2015 season up slightly from the prior year, despite the tough season on the field.
MERCHANDISE SALES
Even though the Club continued to set the pace in merchandise sales in the CFL during the year, the Club recorded $7.2 million in sales which was a $2.2 million decrease from the prior year and the lowest level since 2012-13.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors welcomed two new members as Dave Pettigrew and Terri Harris were elected for a three-year term. Continuing with the Board are Arnie Arnott, Randy Beattie, Doug Emsley, Barry Clarke, Robert Leurer, Dennis Mulvihill, Laurie Powers, Jeff Stusek, Joel Teal, and Wayne Morsky who was re-elected as Chair.
The Club would like to acknowledge and thank Twyla Meredith for her time and dedication to the Roughriders Board of Directors. Twyla will be retiring from the Board after serving a nine-year maximum term.
