Keith Toston time? He's been waiting all season for a shot. Actually saw a couple of his jerseys in the stands on Sunday.

I guess we'll find out in that first playoff game whether you guys are right in that the Riders will be fine, or if the naysayers are right in that we are screwed. We definitely want to go through the West playoffs for sure.

Probably good to have got rid of QB McGhee, if not for the primary reason that there are too many QB's with the Riders right now. Trying to get K Joseph the ball enough times right now is one thing; but when it trickles down through #2 and #3, then after Keith Price at #4, I could not understand how or why they even brought in McGhee at #5. Keeping in mind that once Durant comes back, all the players would have fell another notch – McGhee to #6. I think it makes great sense to cut the QB especially… Read more »

Was there an issue with Will Ford ? Early on he did some good things but I know he made little progress on Sunday. Not able to block much maybe.

Riley was only around because he was on the injured list, he would have been gone a long time ago if not for that. Why have the Riders had such a tough time finding american receivers?

McGhee was brought in for a look see, if the Riders saw something in him they’ll sign him for camp try-outs once the season is over. Price is the practice roster QB for now.

Will Ford didn’t bring anything above and beyond what Allen does. The Riders are fine with Messam and Allen at rb

Sunday was probably Fords last test and he flunked big time….did some good things early, but Allen and Messam and even Toston are probably the surer bets….

Also, Toston put on Twitter that he's staying in Regina through the winter and is looking for a full time job. Why would he say that if he isn't in the Riders plans for 2015 or even right now? Interesting times.

Ford had trouble blocking for his QBs; decent runner, but this Off. calls for more from the RB. Remember Wes Cates? Fantastic blocking kept him around long after his effectiveness as runner fell off.

Had the o-line remembered how to run block and pass block, the Riders would not be sinking faster than the mighty Sukanen: see Finnish boat outside of Moose Jaw.

McGhee and/or Price will on the roster next year, while Tino and/or Seth will not.

Good chance all our present active roster QB's will not be playing here next year. Add Joseph to the coaching side.

We're keeping our GM…so no need for a Ford anymore.

I would not be surprised to see Toston in the next two games. Could be hungry and give Cory a guy with some heart that might actually want to hit a hole with some authority. There may be another player on the practice roster that can help down the stretch. Wouldn't hurt to play a few on special teams to see if they can get it done!!!
