Let the Dressler thing go anonymous person. Jones' offence likes guys who are big and dominating that can go beat the opponent to the ball. That's not where Dressler's strengths were.

It's like a coach who wants to run an offence tailored to someone like Michael Vick in his prime being asked if he wants Peyton Manning to run it. It just won't work.

The one thing that the Dressler and Chick scenerio proved is that Jones and Murphy have no idea how to manage !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't care how you try to dress it up to defend Jones. Jones has no idea what he is doing.

"Don't care how you try to dress it up to defend Jones. Jones has no idea what he is doing."

His record – quite convincingly – states otherwise. You really know nothing about football, do you?

"The Saskatchewan Roughriders announced international quarterback/receiver Armanti Edwards"

Maybe, similar to QB/DB Kerry Joseph, an outstanding athlete who happened to play defensive back in the NFL, yet QB in College, who happened to go back to the QB position when in Canada, maybe the Riders should be flexible with Armanti Edwards to this idea, you never know???

Just an idea… (yes I am bored and I have too much time on my hands).

Yes Kel, let's turn Edwards into a quarterback because Darian and the three others we have won't do. Get a grip on life and hang tight dude.

Actually, he could be a quarterback option. The Riders have long needed an "and short" quarterback and Edwards could be that option.

If you actually watch games you would remember the Eskimos would at times take
Reilly out and let Jordan Lynch run a modified wildcat for a play or two.

Maybe that's this potential. They also used Pat White on special teams as he can be on the field as 'quarterback' and not count on ratio.
