I know most of the teams are doing this but it seems like a lot of work for only 5 hours of practise time.

And a waste of money with the Canadian dollar on the down side. There got to be a Indoor or warm weather facility available somewhere in Canada that would accommodate this mini camp. Thats a very long drive for a Roughriders fan to attend all open publc/media on field sessions.

Dear Lord, are we actually talking about the cost of flying some people down to Florida at 300 dollars a piece for a camp. Saskatchewan has entered 2014, but some of our citizens are still storing beets and colerabi in the root cellar for when they get laid off and the economy crashes……lol

And yah, it would make a lot of sense to fly 100 guys to Canada for a camp instead of flying 12 people to Florida to run one.

Like, where are we at here people???

These so called men who want to play a time limited game scrimmage to show their wares can pay their own damn way to a mini camp for free agents/listed prospects. If Charles Chalada can ride his bicycle to attend a past Roughriders camp at his own free will, surely to goodness these young people can find the fortitude and resources within themselves to get there.
