Hopefully they leave the "watermelon" special uniforms in the garbage. New looks good to me. Updated yet traditional. Also good to see green helmets with all white uniforms instead of Storm Troopers look.

Best ever Saskatchewan Roughrider uniform apparrel – the days when Joey Walters, Lorne Richardsen adorned a true green (jersey) white trim, white (pants) double trim green stripes down the sides with the traditional white S on green helmet.

it pains me that people spout off but really don't pay attention. The Riders said months and months ago that the alternate jersey was finished. In fact, when they were released I believe the CFL said it was a two year thing. Personally I like the new jerseys. The Riders are green and white … not green and white and black. Simple is better and the pictures of the guys in full uniform are sharp. Buy one or don't that is your choice but I have never seen a "fan" base pile on a team as much as the alleged… Read more »

Green pants, green socks? White socks would break up that horrid look. Saskatchewan will now look like a bunch of undiscernable dill pickles blending in with the turf.

Didn't like the look of the jerseys when I saw the pictures on the Rider website but they look good on the players. Need to see them in person to decide whether I would purchase one or not. The "fan" jerseys may not be a nice as the ones the players are wearing.

Those green uniforms on a green field should be like wearing camouflage. Could lead to lots of interceptions for our DBs. LOL

I think the Bombers and the Lions won the best new uniform contest this time. The Riders won last time.
The new jerseys are OK. But just OK. Football jerseys are supposed to have shoulder numbers. And the white collar is a mistake for fan wear. Its a very dressy soccer type looking jersey. IMO the Lions won this round. Just my thoughts. Carry on.
