RUSH REWARD SASKATOON-AREA CO-OP EMPLOYEES
A new kind of front-line hero is emerging across the country: essential service employees.
Faced daily with shoppers stocking up on food and other supplies, warehouse employees, cashiers and store clerks have become an essential force in the fight against COVID-19.
The Saskatchewan Rush would like to recognize the incredible bravery and dedication of all Saskatoon Co-op employees who have worked tirelessly since the outbreak began. Locally owned and proudly serving our community Co-op has been a proud partner of the Rush since our inaugural season.
On behalf of all our fans, players and staff, we would like to show our gratitude with a Complimentary Saskatchewan Rush Jersey for all 1,400 Saskatoon and area Co-op employees including Grocery, Agro, Liquor, Home Centre and Gas Bars locations.
“We want to be the reason people in Saskatchewan smile today. Small gestures like this can make a big difference when people are going tough times. We’re all in this together” said Rush owner Bruce Urban.
April 18th, 2020 was originally slated to be Saskatoon Co-op Fan Appreciation Day, Rush vs the Calgary Roughnecks. As a sign of unity, all employees will wear their jerseys on this date.
We would like to encourage all fans to shop local and support Saskatoon Co-op, a pillar in our community.
