RUSH SET TO HOST GAME 2 OF NLL WEST FINALS

SASKATCHEWAN – The Saskatchewan Rush are proud to present Game 2 of the National Lacrosse League West Conference Finals Saturday, May, 21 at 7:30 p.m. We have many amazing spectacles planned before the game in order to get fans to come early and stay late.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. to the public and we want to ensure every fan gets in the door early to witness history. Remember, the Saskatchewan Rush and Finning Canada are selling light sticks for Fort McMurray for $5.00, bring cash as we only have 10,000 sticks. No electronic payments will be accepted.

Pregame festivities include a Peewee mini lacrosse game starting at 5:55 p.m. The minor lacrosse game will showcase local, young talent from the Saskatchewan SWAT program and the Lloydminster Border Brutes.

Following the mini peewee game will be Brenda Bennett’s School of Dance. There are two male hip-hop groups performing. The first group, bSoflo is a 47-member team comprised of boys from ages 13-22. The second hip-hop group are the BB Renegades a four-man troop highlights some of the best dancers from across the province.

As we approach ball drop, The Saskatchewan Rush in partnership with Graycon Group IT Support & Solutions are proud to present the Johner Boys performing live during both The Pre-Game Show and the Half-Time Show. The Johner Boys will perform three songs during each of their sets.

Carpet Superstore will be rolling out the Red Carpet in Concourse from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., as fans will have to the opportunity to be on the Saskatchewan Rush Facebook page with professional shots from the photo booth.

This game will have a full capacity crowd of 15,000+ fans in attendance and the following is strongly encouraged:

COME EARLY: Doors & Original 16 Founders’ Lounge at open at 5:30pm. Game time is 7:30pm

CARPOOL: Arrive with family or friends to reduce traffic congestion.

FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS OF PARKING ATTENDANTS & POLICE ON-SITE: Faster and safer exit from the parking lots.

STAY LATE: Post-game there will be an autograph session, Original 16 Founders’ Lounge is open with live entertainment. Remaining in the venue even for just 15 minutes will greatly reduce the traffic congestion.
