What a fantastic time we had at the Rush game last. Great sport, great time.
Saskatoon showing their colours. More people at the first home game than the second one. The novelty wore off and the crowd count predictably dwindles.
Yeah cause Pats attendance has just been spectacular.
Thanks for being a knob.
Is attendance supposed to increase every game…. forever? I'm pretty sure attendance fluctuates. The owner said he would be very happy if they averaged between 8000 and 10000 per game. You're really smart though
Great crowd @ 8600. First time at a game, very exciting, great atmosphere and great finish!
No Regina support for anything outside the bubble. Ya think Regina would be good for at least 1000 fans? They are not into professional sport only themselves. Would the riders attendance dwindle without the support of the province? Oh no not Regina, take for example the Rams who clearly exemplify Regina.
Oh Saskatoon, keep defending yourself as a city that cares about sports. It is so funny to see the hair get up on your back! You have basically failed at every major sporting event you have had and you still have a dream of someday landing an NHL team. It amuses so many!
Yeah cause Pats attendance has just been spectacular.
Thanks for being a knob.
Brandt Centre capacity 6126 and attendance last night just a shade over 6000.
Will there be 6000 at the rematch tonight? Can the bigger city in this province fill up the bigger arena?
Cmon Saskatoon, prove yourself tonight! Show us what you've got. Give it that old college try!
Wascana slough….nuff said.
Why does this have to be a Saskatoon Regina thing. People put your petty jealousy aside and come to a game you won't forget it.
For the life of me I have never been able to figure out why anyone would be jealous of Regina.
6,039 at Brandt last night to defeat the dirty Blades. Capacity 6,100
If you think there was 6100 at the Pats game last night you are dreaming! This Pats ownership group is desperately trying to be relevant by over inflating ticket numbers when everyone intelligent knows this group is hemorrhaging money.
I have been to over a dozen Pats games and not one occasion has there been over 3,000 asses in actual seats, including the home opener.
It is a bad hockey team, heading towards worse in next two seasons with absent marketing. And they increased ticket prices!
Little Saskatoon will never get over it's inferiority complex with Regina. Just not ready, willing or able to support a professional sports franchise. Needs government handouts to host curling and major hockey events.
Nice river though!
"Wascana slough….Nuff said"
Yeah. Because that river is just soooooo awesome lol
I think the smell of the dead fish floating in your swamp is how Regina got its name.
You know the people that like to make this a Saskatoon vs. Regina thing are obviously lack any kind of mental capacity to try and see beyond that. After going to my first game last night I would love to welcome and invite everyone from Regina and throughout the province to see our newest professional team. The level of skill and the speed of the game keeps you totally engaged in the play at all times. you get 8 seconds to move the ball past half and there's a 30 sec shot clock so the play goes back and forth… Read more »
Well said.
We need more Darren"s in the world to show how it really should be
I think the turds from Edmonton floating in Saskatoon's mighty river is how Saskatoon got it's name
Poor Regina, just a smelly slough while all the other major centres have a river.
It would be great for this to stick and become an entrenched professional team for our province. I'll be there a couple times for sure.
Obviously we've got some Geography majors on here today… Everyone in Saskatoon knows that our river doesn't flow through Edmonton!!! Idiots! Hopefully we get video of these bickering brothers seeing who can piss higher on the wall!!
They will have a chance of they move them to Regina…otherwise…not so much. Too much artsie fartsie in Saskatoon around that great River lol. Never been a sports town. Never will be. And that's ok. You will always have Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan and the Dragon Boats.
