TEDDY BEAR TOSS NIGHT ON WEDNESDAY

The Regina Pats annual Teddy Bear Toss, presented by Global Regina, is coming up when the Blue and White play their next home game Wednesday, December 11th against the Kamloops Blazers.

Fans are encouraged to bring new teddy bears to Wednesday’s game to donate the bears to children in need of some Christmas cheer this holiday season.  When the Pats score their first goal of the night, fans can let loose and launch the stuffed toys they brought down to the ice surface.

Fans can also purchase Pats Teddy Bears on the Brandt Centre concourse as volunteers from Global Regina will be at the game selling Bears for a minimum $10 donation.  Proceeds from the Pats Teddy Bears will be distributed to Regina Pats Charities.

“Global Regina has been involved with the Pats Teddy Bear Toss for many years now,” said Global Regina Marketing Consultant Rob Crone.  “We look forward to supporting this event every year, and once again can’t wait to put some smiles on children’s faces.”

The following day (Thursday, December 12th), the Pats will make a special delivery, bringing the donated stuffed toys to hospitals and care centres around Regina.
