  • RP and Moose Dupont kicked it off with The Warmup covering these Quick Six show topics: BREAKING NEWS – Henry Burris has joined the BC Lions coaching staff, 1) NHL Monday leftovers, 2) The Raptors bounce the Lakers 114-103, 3) The OHL takes over Tim Hortons Field for their outdoor game, 4) The Edmonton Stingers down Puerto Rico 93-87 in BCLA play in Calgary, 5) The PGA Championship wraps up amid rainy conditions and 6A) Jennifer Jones curling team is splitting up and 6B) NFL Legal Tampering season is open and the Jacksonville Jaguars have been the most active.
  • All kinds of sports were going off on Tuesday! CFL Commissioner Randy Ambrosie kicked off his Randy’s Road Trip with a stop in Calgary and the boys debated that, plus March Madness predictions. The clock struck 11:11 while Moose was boosting the UConn Huskies and the panel feels that’s the sign we need! Regarding Henry Burris joining the BC Lions, Rod said Hank was in search of an opportunity after his Chicago Bears tenure ended, and he can’t get coaching out of his blood despite opportunities in TV.
  • Our first guest was Nick Sakiewicz who, two weeks, has gone from Commissioner of the NLL to Chief Business Officer of the Arizona Coyotes! The friend of the show joined from Glendale and discussed why he made the move, and explained the new Coyotes arena deal is simply a bridge to perhaps the most beautiful arena in the NHL. Nick said Coyotes owner Alex Muerelo never loses, and this situation will turn out to be a homerun.
  • Next up was goalie Anne-Renee Desbiens, who joined the show from her Quebec cottage. She backstopped Canada to the gold medal in womens hockey at the Beijing Games, where Canada outscored the opposition 57-10. She said the team didn’t really on strong defensive play, noting “the best defence is a good offence!” She talked about her hockey career, learning to speak English while playing college hockey, and the road ahead for womens hockey.
  • The daily Capital Auto Mall/Universal Collision Centre poll question was: Who’s the favourite to win March Madness – Gonzaga, Arizona, Kansas or Baylor? At press time, the Zags were leading.
  • Monday’s Rockstar of the Day for RoxDar Supply Chain Solutions was Lee Genier. Tuesday’s was Anne-Renee Desbiens!
