Moose Jaw, Sask. — The Regina Pats (23-28-3-2) fell 10-4 to the Moose Jaw Warriors (34-21-3-2) on Saturday night at Mosaic Place.

The Pats gave up a season high tying 10 goals against, as the Warriors had 10 different goal scorers. The Pats gave up four unanswered goals to start the game and were never able to erase anything more than a three goal deficit, giving up three more in the second and another three in the third.

The Pats flip flopped between goaltenders, trying to get something going, as Matthew Kieper started the game, and later replaced Drew Sim in the third after Sim came in for Kieper late in the first, but only lasted one full period.

Their streak of five straight games without a regulation loss comes to an end, falling out of eighth in the Eastern Conference standings after wins from Swift Current and Prince Albert this evening.

Connor Bedard scored his 41st of the season, while extending his point-streak to 20 straight games, which is now the longest in the WHL, and two back of tying the longest by a Pat since 1996-97. Adam Brooks and Blake Evans had 22 game point-streaks.

Cole Dubinsky scored for a fifth straight contest, tying a career high which was set earlier this season. Braxton Whitehead scored a late goal for the Pats, as four of his eight goals this year have come over his last nine games. Tye Spencer also finished with two points (1G-1A).

Zack Stringer left the game late in the first and did not return.
