PAT C’S ELIMINATED

The Regina Pat Canadians fell 1-0 to visiting Notre Dame on Thursday and in the process, fell victim to a sweep by the Hounds in the Best-of-5 second round SMAAAHL playoff series..  The ND Hounds now move on to play the winner of the Moose Jaw Generals and the Tisdale Trojans.

Curtis Meger stopped 23 of 24 shots directed his way for Regina.

Scoring for the Notre Dame Hounds was Cole Kirkup.  Tanner Douglas stopped 40 of 40 shots, in earning the win.  

The Pat Canadians congratulate the ND Hounds on the series victory and wish them continued success.

Things like this tend to happen when your best hockey player is promoted. Congrats on a great season Pat Cs!

Things like this happen when you don't have quality goaltending. Character and grit were always a concern.
