Game Story
The Regina Pats were held scoreless on home ice against Brandon before tonight’s contest, having lost the previous two games at the Brandt Centre 4-0 and 6-0.
Fortunes quickly changed for the Pats thanks to Adam Brooks who beat Brandon’s netminder, Jordan Papirny, 0:22 seconds into the opening frame. It would stay that way through the first, with Brandon outshooting Regina 15-4.
In the second period Brandon got on the scoreboard just past the midway point of the period thanks to Tyler Coulter. The tie would only last for 33 seconds thanks to Riley Woods who notched his sixth of the season. In a reversal of fortunes, the Pats outshot Brandon 14-5 in the second period.
In the third, the Pats Cole Sanford would add to the lead scoring his 27th of the year. Brandon would pull within one thanks to Nolan Patrick. Sanford would make it a two goal lead for Regina just 32 seconds later making it 4-2. The Blue and White would add one from Rykr Cole as Regina skated to a 5-2 victory against the East Division-leading Wheat Kings.

Great team win for the guys! Brooks takes a vicious high stick in the 3Rd, knocks out his front teeth and he's back in game immediately with a cage on his helmet. How's that for a captain and leadership, great win! We'll see Brandon in 2nd round, book it. Go Pats Go
Obviously Shaun and Gavin paid off the refs before Kelly could.
What a game! What a crowd! What a building! And what a city! The capital of Saskatchewan is the place to be!!! GO PATS GO!!!
What a stupid comment about the Sempels paying off the refs. Gather you didn't watch the game very close.
A great hockey game. The Pats played awesome, even in the 1st when Brandon was shooting us by a big margin, we killed off a huge 5on3. The second half of the game we were all over them. Steel is playing his best hockey of the season, Sanford is awesome, Brooks is MVP. Lots of positives coming around!!
It was a hard fought game that the WK's could have done some damage in with all their pp's in the first period. Brown was large for them and the got out of the period with a lead. They turned it around in the second and I thought we the better team the rest of the way. It would be nice to string a few consecutive wins together.
I wonder what the status of Colby Williams is? There has been little to no updates on him and his recovery.
Though having Colby back is great for team, Pat's are winning and competing without him. I think the guys are finding themselves, feels like confidence is beginning to take over. Mondays game in Swift is big. Swift's on a real roll, if the Pats control game and momentum and win, look out, Moose Jaw is in 7th and PA goes home in 1st round.
MOOSE JAW IS NINE POINTS UP and have Brayden point dream on
Moose Jaw, where people's dreams go to die.
well the leafs have…ugh..well…mike babcock! wake me when the nightmare is over! Enormous win for the patsies!
really good things happening in Moose Jaw hope we meet the Pats in the playoffs!!
