REGINA – Carsen Twarynski broke a 3-3 deadlock midway through the third and Cody Porter made 30 saves as Calgary slipped past the Pats 4-3 for its fourth straight victory Wednesday at the Brandt Centre.

Jakob Stukel and Travis Sanheim each had a goal and an assist for the Hitmen (20-11-2) while Layne Bensmiller added the other.

Colton Kroeker, Lane Zablocki and Connor Hobbs responded for Regina (14-12-3). Jordan Hollett turned away 26-of-30 shots in defeat.

It was the first game back home after nine straight on the road for the Queen City Kids.  The Pats host the defending WHL champion Kelowna Rockets Friday at 7:00 pm on 620 CKRM.

Can't take penalties against the Hitmen…that and some bad puck luck cost the boys last night…but still a good game to watch…fast and furious!
Hopefully Hilsy's injury not bad…good kuck in Russia Sergey!!
