The Week That Was
Four games last week had the Pats busy as they played their second three-in-three weekend in a row.  The Blue and White opened the week against the Portland Winterhawks Tuesday and ran into some hot goaltenders in a 3-1 loss to the defending Western Conference champs.

A trip to Swift Current on Friday saw a similar result for the Pats as the Broncos scored a pair of powerplay goals in the second period in a 3-1 win over Regina.

The back-half of the home and home saw the teams battle to a draw after forty minutes Saturday evening, but Brett Lernout scored in the third to down the Pats 2-1 at the Brandt Centre.

On Sunday the Queen City Kids wrapped up the weekend with an offensive storm in an 8-1 win over the Lethbridge Hurricanes.  Braden Christoffer, Adam Brooks and Patrick D’Amico each scored twice in the win.

The problem is that access broadcasts are so blurry. I guess I'm just used to watching sporting events in HD
